桃園市政府新聞處長張惇涵針對媒體昨〈十〉日刊載「阿帕契再爆出第五團觀光團」，報導內容提及因營區門口公共藝術造景落成，經過申請後於去年十二月十九日邀請龍潭鄉長、里長、桃園縣府文化局長等人入營區參觀等情事，有關本案設置過程中，興辦機關辦理民眾參與活動、設置完成後開幕等活動，雖興辦機關於一○三年四月七日行文通知文化局，但文到日已逾活動辦理時間。本案設置過程前、中、後，建置過程中及辦理相關基地說明會、民眾參與活動、開幕活動等，市府文化局皆無參與及派員入內參觀。該案於升格前即已設置完成，係烏龍爆料，鄭文燦市長瞭解狀況後亦指示，若有市府員工涉入此案，而致損害市府形象者，一律懲戒。
